天津市橡陆橡胶机带有限公司较新引进的自动化硫化设备，已经申请了实用新型*（*号）：ZL . 2016 2 1409883.2。该设备具有运输轻便、组装简便、降温快速、硫化时间短等特点。该设备采用了橡胶高压水袋加压，加热测温一体插座，水冷却加热一体板，可移动式电动打压泵。我公司在输送带接头硫化机的设计和制造理念上借鉴欧、美、日等公司产品的优点，结合国内用户现场实际使用情况，经过独特的技术创新，设计制造了新型输送带快速接头硫化机，解决了硫化机笨重，压力不均，接头时间长等难题。

主要设备特点：
1、加压：采用了*上先进的胶囊加压技术，主要部件轻，加压均匀。

5、加压杠：优质铝型材经过特殊加工设计处理，耐压强度高，搬运轻便，铝杠外侧中间部位没有方孔，不会破坏铝杠强度

6、螺栓：特种钢制内置式螺栓，螺栓上下端部露出加压杠顶面，上下各有一方形螺母卡在加压杠内。

7、温度采用智能表PID控制， 一智能表控制一块加热板，一个控制箱控制一对加热板，数字显示器显示预先设
定的硫化温度和实时温度。温控箱装有计时器，可以准确控制温度和时间。温控箱并具备良好的绝缘性，
实现自动控制或手动控制。集成式硫化板电缆，耐磨，防震，防电击。主要部件采用德国西门子进口元件。
